SAO MIASTOPROJEKT
SAO MIASTOPROJEKT is a landmark destination unlike any other in Poland or Europe. Once the headquarters of the city architects who shaped Kraków's post-war urban identity, this remarkable site is being thoughtfully restored to its original significance and reimagined as a vibrant cultural district for residents and visitors from around the world.
After years of remaining hidden from the public eye, the historic complex will re-emerge as a dynamic, multi-layered urban destination where culture, community, hospitality and creativity converge. Designed as a place of everyday discovery, SAO MIASTOPROJEKT will bring together a curated collection of cultural institutions, including a cinema, theatre and art gallery, alongside offices, educational spaces, boutiques and modern retail concepts by acclaimed Polish and international brands, all contributing to a distinctive sense of place.
At the heart of the development stands Nobu Hotel, anchoring what will become the world's first Nobu Culture District. Inspired by the heritage of Kraków and shaped by a forward-looking vision, the district represents a new model of urban living: a destination where culture, design, hospitality and community exist in seamless harmony.
Scheduled to open in mid-2027, SAO MIASTOPROJEKT will redefine the future of city-making, creating a destination that celebrates Kraków's past while shaping its next chapter.
